Right click on the link, select "save target as" to start the download,I usually save it to the desktop.
Make sure you have the correct size/resolution for your monitor.
When prompted save the file, save it to desktop or similar folder where you can find it again easily..
When the download is complete , right click on your desktop,click on "properties" browse to find the file you have downloaded, select it, then click on "apply".
